A pre-requisite for this journey is that you completed a KnowledgeWorkx ICI certification.

Faith & Culture Certification Overview
The Faith & Culture program helps you understand what Inter-Cultural Intelligence is and challenges you to become a Cultural Learner. It builds your intercultural competency and equips you to assess and understand another person’s cultural preferences and to resolve conflicts and miscommunication that are rooted in cultural differences. It also equips you to build common ground where win-win solutions can prosper.
The Certification Workshop gives you an in-depth immersion in ICI from a faith-based perspective and is the starting point for becoming a facilitator for n-Culture’s Faith & Culture Programs. The workshop builds on KnowledgeWorkx's ICI certification and successfully completing a KnowledgeWorkx ICI certification is a prerequisite.
'Looking at culture from a Christian perspective and looking at Christianity from a cultural perspective' is the leading thread in the Faith & Culture Program. It will build your understanding of culture as well as increase your understanding of the Bible and of your salvation.

ICI enables individuals to understand their own cultural worldview and how it impacts their behaviors, expectations and relationships with others. Thus, learning to navigate in and out of diverse cultural contexts with flexibility and sensitivity while adapting and building a third cultural space.
In plain language, ICI is a framework similar to DiSC, in that it breaks down a culture into three observable worldview drivers, and 12 observable dimensions; it shows you where you currently stand in each of these, and hands you the tools to quickly assess another person’s culture. This gives you a strong indicator of what things are important in that culture, how to navigate that culture, and how to act appropriately. At the end of this journey, you will be able to: You will take part in simulations, exercises, partner-work (where possible) and case studies to apply and help internalize the material, cater to different learning styles, and to connect to the material on both an intellectual and emotional level. The focus is to build your intercultural competencies and skills rather than just knowledge about ICI and to discover where culture and the Christian faith influenced each other. There will be a strong emphasis on facilitation skills as well. Throughout the coaching journey you will work on building a Professional Development Plan for further development, growth in ICI, and application of ICI in your life and work. What is Inter-Cultural Intelligence (ICI)?

Preparation & Approach
During the coaching journey, you'll choose an organization, team or case to study and apply your ICI skills to. At the end of the journey you'll present this case study. In the presentation, you will look at the case through the lens of ICI and present options and recommendations to solve it.
Within 3 months of successful completion of the caoching journey, you will need to deliver a 2-day Faith & Culture Workshop to at least 10 people, and write a report about it.Perspective
Three Colors of Worldview© is about our motivators and demotivators at the deepest level of culture, which are the drivers of a lot of our actions. It is an easy, yet powerful tool that helps you understand your own drivers, motivators and demotivators and helps you quickly assess the drivers, motivators and demotivators of other individuals and groups. It’s a great tool to improve intercultural teamwork, communication and relations.
This module links the Three Colors of Worldview to the Bible. Where do they show up and what are their origins? Identifying where each worldview driver shows up in the Bible and Christian history helps you understand why and how Christian cultures differ across the world and helps you understand how your culture shaped your Christianity. Looking at salvation through the lens of each worldview driver will enrich and deepen your understanding of what Christ did for you on the cross.
This module covers the principles and pitfalls of intercultural communication to gain a deeper understanding of the issues at play. We are using the lens of Three Colors of Worldview to look at communication.
It also provides hands-on tips and tricks to improve your intercultural comunication.
Building on IC Communication, we look at Intercultural Conflict. What makes it different and what are ways to get a handle on resolving intercultural conflict
CMi sits above the Three Colors of Worldview in the Iceberg model of culture. It looks at 12 Dimensions of Culture that are particularly important to understand for intercultural interactions. This module looks at each dimension and helps you discover them in real life through examples, video clips and dialogues. Throughout the module you’ll look at where the dimensions show up in the Bible.
The Polarity Management is about learning to assess situations and build bridges by adapting your behavior and communication to trigger the right (positive) response from others.
You'll learn to use the Four Pillars of a Successful Intercultural Team (Trust, Communication, Common Purpose and Relational Strength) and the Three Colors of Worldview Group Report to build stronger teams where diversity strengthens the team performance rather than being seen as a threat to performance.
This module brings it all together. It brings back the principles and toolkits from the previous modules and focuses on creating a 3rd cultural space in your team, classroom etc. where all can prosper.
We'll look at some common elements of leadership (follow the vision, serve/empower and be the leader) and how these would play out in the different primary worldviews.
